Services included in the participation fee:
Participation with 1 paper
Benefit from coffee break treats
2 lunches (October 25-26) , 1 gala dinner (October 25, excluding audience participants)
Congress bag (Will be given only to participants and student participants.)
Participation in the travel program (excluding audience participants)
Participation certificate and e-abstract proceedings book (will be given only to participants and student participants.)
An additional fee of EUR 10 will be charged for each additional paper.
Accommodation costs will be covered by the participants.
The bank account information to which congress participation fees will be deposited is provided below.
Please pay attention to the following points in order to complete the registration process:
1) Participants whose applications are accepted until August 26, 2024 will pay the fee under early registration conditions.
2) October 18 is the last day for payment of fees,
3) After receiving the acceptance letter, registration must be made and the fee must be paid on the same day.
4) "FOCUS 2024 Congress Participation Fee" and "author name" information should be included in the description section of the bank receipt,
5) They must send the bank receipt to focus@beun.edu.tr
