Extended Abstract Writing Rules

  • The Extended Abstract template should be downloaded and summary texts should be prepared using this template.
  • The abstract must be prepared and uploaded in a Word format. Papers that have been peer-reviewed and found appropriate will be eligible for presentation.
  • The entire extended summary text should be written in Times New Roman and 12 points, not exceeding the size of an A4 page, with page bottom and top margins of 25 mm, and left and right margins of 25 mm (normal).
  • The title must be in Times New Roman, 14-point and bold. Care should be taken to ensure that the title of the abstract does not exceed two lines.
  • Author name(s) should be written in 12-point Times New Roman font, bold, with the first letter of the author's name in capital letters and the surname in all capital letters.
  • Author address(es) and e-mails should be written at the bottom of the page and in 10-point Times New Roman font.
  • If there is a bibliography, it should be written in 11-point font.
  • The abstract should be at least 250 words and at most 1000 words. The entire summary text should be written with single-line spacing.
  • At least three and at most five keywords should be written.
  • If emphasis is to be made in the abstract, it should be done only in italics. Subheadings should not be given in the summary text unless necessary.
