Poster Paper Preparation Rules
The poster template must be downloaded and the poster to be presented must be prepared.
While the poster is prepared in PowerPoint program and printed, it will be converted to PDF format from the Save As button and the size will be 60 cm in width and 84 cm in height.
The title of the poster will be written in 32-point Arial font and bold. (Make sure that the poster name does not exceed two lines).
Author name(s) must be written in 24-point Arial Character and bold.
Author address(es) and e-mails will be written in 24-point Arial font and bold below the name.
Text section headings will be written in 28 point Arial Character and all capital letters bold.
Subheadings text will be written in 24 point Arial Character with the first letters in bold capital letters.
Texts should be written in Arial 24 point font.
Posters should have a Summary, Introduction and Conclusion section, not exceeding 4 chapters at most, and at the end, references should be given in smaller characters in index form in accordance with the APA standard.
The width of Tables, Pictures and Figures should not exceed 18 cm.
Table, figure and image titles will be written in Arial 22 point font and bold.
There is no color limitation in poster preparation, and emphasis should be placed on the use of colorful figures and photographs that enhance visuality. In order for the characters to be easily read in the figures, characters of appropriate size should be used and the same characters should be preferred in all figures.
Figures should be given in sizes that can be easily seen from a distance.
APA style should be adopted in formal qualities, including citing references, bibliography, figures and tables in the text.
The Abstract Section should not exceed 300 words and at least three keywords should be given.
Posters will be hung on numbered/named panels to be determined by the Organizing Committee.
Poster owners will be at their posters at the time and times specified in the program and will provide information about their work.
